Car Show Long Island has truly become Long Island’S PREMIER CAR SHOW EXPERIENCE averaging over 1,500 show cars and thousands upon thousands of attendees and includes sponsor and vendor displays and promotions as well as dynamic live musical entertainment. Multi-level sponsorship packages for the show include media & dedicated promotional print, social media, dedicated mailings to over 135,000 homes, cross branding opportunities and on-site promotion which can be developed to help reach specific objectives and audiences.

PRESENTING SPONSORS

Presenting Sponsorships of Car Show Long Island at TOBAY are limited to three and have category exclusivity. The Presenting Sponsorship includes sponsor logo and/or wordmark with designation as a presenting sponsor of the event and will appear as a presenting sponsor in all promotional materials and impressions, including but not limited to program specific event website, printings, posters, banners, press releases, media promotion/advertising and mailings. The Presenting Sponsorship also includes a dedicated area at the event for vehicle displays, sponsor advertising, promotional programs and giveaways. Presenting Sponsorship and exclusivity will be accepted based upon date and time of completed application and sponsorship payment in full.

PROGRAM SPONSORS

Program Sponsorships of Car Show Long Island at TOBAY include sponsor logo and/or wordmark with designation as a program sponsor in all promotional materials and impressions, including but not limited to program specific event website, printings, posters, banners, mailings, press releases and media promotion/advertising. Program Sponsorship also includes a dedicated area at the event for vehicle displays, sponsor advertising promotional programs and giveaways.

Event Sponsorships of Car Show Long Island at TOBAY includes sponsor logo and/or wordmark on the program-specific event website and in all mailings. Event sponsorship also includes a dedicated area at the event for sponsor advertising, promotional programs and giveaways.

VENDORS

EVENT VENDOR

Event Vendors of Car Show Long Island at TOBAY will be allotted a 10’ x 15’ dedicated area at the event with up to two 8” tables, one 6’ table and one 10’ x 10’ tent to display and sell product directly to the spectators attending the event. Tables and tent will be the responsibility of the vendor.

EVENT EXHIBITOR

Event Exhibitors of Car Show Long Island at TOBAY will be allotted a 10’ x 15’ dedicated area at the event with up to two 8” tables, one 6’ table and one 10’ x 10’ tent to display product and hand out product related literature directly to the spectators attending the event. Tables and tent will be the responsibility of the vendor.
